Mojave 66 BBQ is a pop-up food business operated by Pitmaster Dustin L. Clemons. The Site is an informational and inquiry platform. We do not process online payments directly through the website. All transactions are handled in person or via agreed payment methods (Cash App, Apple Pay, credit/debit).
Submitting an inquiry form or clicking "Inquire" on a menu item does not constitute a confirmed order. All orders must be confirmed directly by Pitmaster Dustin via email, phone, or in-person communication. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.
Advance notice requirements: Bulk orders require 72 hours advance notice. Catering and event orders require a minimum of 1 week advance notice. Same-day orders are subject to availability.
All menu items and prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. Availability may vary by pop-up date and location. Final pricing is confirmed at the time of order confirmation.
All content on this Site — including text, photographs, logos, recipes, sauce names, and branding — is the property of Mojave 66 BBQ and Dustin L. Clemons. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
Our food is prepared in an environment that handles pork, beef, chicken, soy, wheat, dairy, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee allergen-free preparation. Please contact us directly before ordering if you have food allergies or dietary restrictions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mojave 66 BBQ and Dustin L. Clemons shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Bernardino County, California.
